By accessing or using InvoicAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users worldwide, including businesses, employees, and individuals.

2. Description of Service

InvoicAI is a free cloud-based invoicing platform that enables businesses to create, manage, send, and track professional invoices. Features include AI-powered suggestions, PDF generation, payment tracking, client management, and multi-tenant data isolation. The Service is provided free of charge with an invoice limit of 10,000 invoices per business.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Free Service & Fair Use

InvoicAI is currently offered completely free of charge. Each business account has a limit of 10,000 invoices. If you exceed this limit, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan when available or contact us. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable notice to users.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of invoices you create.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to transmit malicious software, spam, or harmful content.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including invoices, client information, and business data. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. Upon account deletion, you may request a data export within 30 days.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoicAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
